Shocking footage from the scene Lower Manhattan shows multiple cars on top of the concave roof.
Multiple people were trapped Tuesday after a parking garage collapsed in Lower Manhattan, officials said.
The second floor of the lot caved into the first floor just before 4:30 p.m. at 37 Ann Street, officials said.
A total of three people were hurt, two minor and one more serious but not critical, according to fire officials.
