Police said one passenger jumped out of the car as the Mustang was being shot at and a second passenger crawled out of the car after the collision.
The driver and a passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.
Surveillance video from a nearby business shows a man discovering the passenger’s body on the ground before police arrived. The Good Samaritan lifted up the victim’s shirt and appeared to perform CPR on the victim before a police officer ran over to help.
