Drug smugglers took police on high speed boat chase before abandon the boat

Police arrested 3 people and seized 2,646 pounds (1,200 kilograms) of hashish.
In the footage, filmed from a police helicopter, suspected drug traffickers are seen being chased at high speed by a police boat, before they abandon the boat on a beach.
In a press release police said the boat was coming from North Africa on Saturday (April 22) before it stopped at Cala Gran in the southeast of the island. Police arrested 3 people and seized 2,646 pounds (1,200 kilograms) of hashish.
